I have lived next door to the Framingham Nursing Home for 47 years.  Mr. Cuddy has never approached me concerning his agency's plan to move its Sage House family shelter program to the Nursing Home on Winter Street.  It wasn't until the"heat was on" that he is now trying to put out the fire.
